Joseph T. Valrose, president of GENCON Building Corporation, is pleased to report the completion of a new 4 story 104 room and suites Hampton Inn and Suites hotel on West Lake-Cook Road in Deer Park, Illinois.
The facility amenities, which include meeting rooms, fitness center, swimming pool, food service, enlarged lobby/reception area and full wireless technologies, incorporate the latest design standards of the Hilton Corporation.
The development team of owner, Deer Park Hotel, LLC, architect, A3 Design Studio and GENCON collaborated and worked closely together to complete the project on schedule. GENCON executives Erica Maurizio, senior project manager and Kim Hale, site superintendent, lead the daily effort to a successful completion.
