ALEXANDRIA, VA. - REVPAR International Inc., a global hospitality consulting firm, has opened an office in the Miami metro area to better serve the company’s growing client base in the Southeast United States, the Caribbean and Latin America.
“We are highly enthusiastic about our expansion into South Florida,” said Rick Pastorino, president of REVPAR International. “We have been engaged in numerous projects in Florida and the Caribbean for over 10 years now without the benefit of an office proximate to the region. We believe that a permanent presence in Miami will benefit our clients greatly and provide a significant contribution to REVPAR International.”
Christopher Cylke, who will serve as director of the company’s new office in South Florida, added: “Regional demand in the Caribbean and Florida is thriving and is poised for continued growth, making the need for a location in the area apparent.”
REVPAR International’s extensive work experience in the region has enabled its consultants to gain unique and insightful expertise that the company said will give it an advantage over area competitors. The firm has conducted projects in Aruba, Barbados, Belize, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Grand Cayman, Grenada, Guatemala, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Turks & Caicos and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The Miami office is the company’s second location. The firm is based in Alexandria, Va. and Washington, D.C.
Since the firm’s inception in 1992, REVPAR has completed over 2,000 projects ranging from market and financial feasibility studies and appraisals to asset management and project development.
The company’s consulting services include feasibility studies and market analysis; valuation studies and appraisals; operational consultation; litigation support; development services for hotel, resort, golf course, and marina projects; corporate strategic planning; contract negotiation; and asset management.
