Trinity Investments Adds Steve Haggerty To Executive Leadership Team

HONOLULU--Trinity Investments, LLC (“Trinity”), a leading private real estate firm, is pleased to announce that Steve Haggerty has joined the firm’s executive leadership team. In this role, Mr. Haggerty will work with the firm’s other Managing Partners, Sean Hehir and Greg Dickhens, as well as Chairman & Senior Partner Lee Neibart to advance and inform the firm’s investment and growth priorities.

Mr. Haggerty has more than 20 years of experience in hospitality investing, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic business planning. Over the course of his prestigious career, he has led the development and capital strategies for some of the industry’s most prominent corporations. Most recently, Mr. Haggerty served as the Global Head of Capital Strategy, Franchising and Select Service at Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H), where he successfully advanced the company’s strategic growth priorities. During his tenure at Hyatt, Mr. Haggerty held a number of senior roles including Global Head of Real Estate & Development and Global Head of Real Estate & Capital Strategy.

Prior to joining Hyatt, Mr. Haggerty held a number of finance, asset management and development roles at Marriott International Inc. (NASDAQ: MAR) in various locations around the world. These positions include Vice President of Development in Hong Kong and Senior Vice President of Global Asset Management in London. Mr. Haggerty also has experience serving as a director for various institutions including Playa Hotels & Resorts (NASDAQ: PLYA), Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and the University of Denver’s Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality Management. Mr. Haggerty earned a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
