“Beacon Public House and the Commons Hotel are pleased to have such a talented chef on our team,” said Duane Rohrbaugh, general manager at The Commons Hotel. “We anticipate great things for Chef Roly and are excited for the diversity and creativity he will bring to the Beacon’s cuisine.”
Miami-native Chef Roly graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Hospitality Management and boasts extensive experience in the industry. Chef Roly’s cuisine has garnered a number of glowing reviews from several publications such as the Miami New Times, which proclaimed, “Put simply, FIFTY is the best food on Ocean Drive,” and from the Miami Herald, which called FIFTY “A true South Beach rarity.”
