Freshened Inn on Fifth Revamps Sales and Marketing Team

The newly redesigned Inn on Fifth in downtown Naples recently made some additional enhancements, this time to its team of marketing and sales professionals. 

Dale Encinosa, CHME, will be representing the Inn on Fifth in the group sales market for both the newly renovated hotel and the new Club Level Suites, opening in December 2012. Encinosa has more than 30 years of marketing and sales experience in the hospitality industry, including more than 17 years at The Registry Resort in Naples (now known as the Waldorf Astoria). She will focus on development and management of corporate and association accounts in the U.S. domestic market. Encinosa previously worked as National Sales Manager at the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort & Spa in Puerto Rico.

With 15 years of customer service experience, Evita Reyes has been promoted to Group Sales Manager.  She has been working at the Inn on Fifth for more than five years, most recently as Revenue Manager. Reyes will direct efforts to increase meeting and group business at the property, which is a long-time popular choice for incentive groups, board meetings, Corporate Retreats as well as weddings and other social events. 

Nick Fallon has been hired as Sales Assistant. A former intern at the Inn on Fifth, he will graduate from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s degree in Resort and Hospitality Management in December 2012. Fallon will manage corporate accounts and provide administrative assistance while training for the position of Revenue Manager.

The Inn on Fifth provides nearly 8,000 square feet of recently renovated indoor and outdoor meeting space.  With 2,800 square feet of air-conditioned function space, the Inn offers several options for indoor events.  Interior meeting spaces were recently renovated to complement the new design of the property. In December, the Inn on Fifth will put the finishing touches on its expansion project that will offer an additional 700-square-foot boardroom, as well as 32 Club Level Suites offering attendees an incredible array of added luxuries.
