Noble House Hotels & Resorts, Ltd. (NHHR) – a collection of luxury hotels and resorts – announces the promotion of Rudy Sharp to Vice President and Managing Director of Gateway Canyons Resort, located southwest of Grand Junction in Gateway, Colorado. In this role, Sharp will provide leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, with continued regional oversight of the Noble House collection.

“I am extremely excited to provide managerial direction for Gateway Canyons Resort and specifically, am honored with the opportunity to oversee the continued growth of this one-of-a-kind destination resort,” said Sharp.  Sharp has been a part of the Noble House family for more than five years, boasting a history of more than two decades of management experience in the hospitality industry. In this new position, Sharp will expand upon the great momentum already enjoyed by Gateway Canyons Resort with its recent re-launch, while further elevating the property position as the ultimate adventure retreat for both the mind and body.

“Noble House is thrilled to promote Rudy to this new position,” said Mike Benecke, President of Noble House Hotels & Resorts. “Sharp’s ambition, combined with his proven track record, will continue to push guest satisfaction to new heights with superior quality service.”

Cradled in the shadow of the Palisade rock formation and fringing the Moab Desert, Discovery Channel founder John Hendricks unveils Gateway Canyons Resort, created to nourish guests’ curiosity through intellectual stimulation and adventure within a naturally intriguing environment. Boasting luxury accommodations and breathtaking views within the spectacular red rock canyons of western Colorado, Gateway Canyons Resort – part of the Noble House Hotels & Resorts collection – caters to the most discerning traveler with savory dining options at Entrada Restaurant, wellness-focused treatments at The Spa, private tours aboard luxury aircraft, with privileged access to more than 100 years of automotive history at the Gateway Colorado Auto Museum, a generous network of riding trails surrounding the resort’s first-class equestrian center, The Stables, in addition to a variety of self-selected experiential activities offered through the Curiosity Adventure program and on-site Adventure Center.

With a philosophy that emphasizes “location, distinction and soul,” Noble House Hotels & Resorts reflects the appearance of individuality. Identifying each property for its culture and appeal, Noble House is unwavering in its dedication to create and manage unique, quality properties that reflect and make profound contributions to their communities, staying true to the local history, culture and ambiance that defines each region.
