Fairfield Inn & Suites Chicago Naperville Completes Extensive Renovations

Rosemont, Ill.-based First Hospitality Group, Inc. (FHG) announced today that the Fairfield Inn & Suites Chicago Naperville hotel, owned by Shodeen Hospitality and managed by First Hospitality Group, Inc., has completed extensive renovations. First Hospitality Group, Inc. President and COO Robert Habeeb made the announcement.
The newly renovated hotel décor features Marriott’s Green Tea design package by Marriott Design. The vibrant interior renovations include updated guest rooms and a complete makeover of all other areas of the hotel including the corridor, lobby, front desk area, exercise room, breakfast area, snack shop, meeting room, vending area and business center. The updated renovations also feature new carpet, tile, wall vinyl, seating, case goods, lighting, artwork and window treatments. The exterior phase of the hotel is currently being refreshed with new paint and landscaping enhancements.
