Colorado. Purchased as a Quality Inn under a license agreement with Choice HotelInternational, this 216 unit full service hotel was formerly a Best Western. Convenientlylocated at the intersection of Interstate 25 and Interstate 70, the Quality Inn Central is justminutes from downtown Denver and many popular attractions. The hotel is close to CoorsField ballpark, the Denver Coliseum, INVESCO Field at Mile High stadium, PepsiCenter arena, Water World Water Park, the Elitch Gardens amusement park and theDenver Zoo. Additionally, the hotel has over 7,000 square feet of meeting space with a fullservice bar and restaurant.
According to Tarun Patel, principal with Penta, “this acquisition is representative of ourcontinuing efforts to expand our portfolio where there are repositioning or operationalefficiency opportunities”. This is the seventh hotel acquisition by Penta Hospitality since itsformation in January 2007. According to Patel, “this acquisition is not part of our PentaFund A but is a strategic individual opportunity for our growth”.
